1. Nature of Service
Atithay FMS, operated by AumathritHostech Private Limited, provides property management and financial management technology (FMS) designed for the hospitality industry. Our services include revenue tracking, expense auditing, and operational analytics through our Roots and Roots & Fruits tiers.
2. Subscription & Investment Plans
Tier Selection: Users may choose between the "Roots" (Core FMS) or "Roots & Fruits" (Full Ecosystem) plans based on their operational requirements.
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are available on Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly billing cycles.
Price-Lock Guarantee: Annual (Yearly) and Half-Yearly plans include a Price-Lock Security feature, protecting the user from market price adjustments for the duration of the term.
Boutique Optimization: Certain plans are specifically optimized for boutique properties with 15 or fewer rooms.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials for the Atithay portal.
Data Accuracy: The effectiveness of the FMS depends on the accuracy of the financial data provided by the user.
Staff Training: While Atithay provides video-based training tools, the user is responsible for ensuring their staff utilizes the system according to professional standards.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding (including the Atithay and Atithay FMS logos), software code, and dashboard designs are the exclusive property of AumathritHostech Private Limited based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Security & Privacy
Encryption: We utilize enterprise-grade encryption to protect your property's financial data.
Third-Party Integration: Use of third-party services, such as the WhatsApp API, may be subject to additional costs and the respective third-party's terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Atithay FMS is a tool designed to assist in financial transparency and management. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AumathritHostech Private Limited is not liable for financial losses resulting from user-input errors or external market fluctuations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Atithay FMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
