Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual & Multi-Month Plans: For our Editor’s Choice (Yearly) and Half-Yearly plans, cancellation requests stop the auto-renewal process for the following term.
2. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Satisfaction Window: If you are not satisfied with the Atithay FMS ecosystem within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, provided no significant data migration or specialized onboarding has been completed.
Technical Failure : In the rare event of a documented, persistent technical failure that prevents the use of core FMS modules (and which our support team is unable to resolve within 7 business days), a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
Non-Refundable Items: One-time setup fees, training session costs, and WhatsApp API integration fees are non-refundable as these involve immediate resource allocation and third-party costs.
3. Refund Process
Request Submission: All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@atithay.com from the registered owner's email address.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Strategic Continuity
Data Access: Upon cancellation or refund, your property data will remain accessible for a grace period of 30 days to allow for final reporting exports before the account is deactivated.
Price-Lock Clause: Please note that if a refund is processed for a Yearly or Half-Yearly plan, the Price-Lock Guarantee will be voided for any future re-subscriptions.
